Week of June 4, 2023 Fishing Report

This is a Long Island Sound and Eastern Long Island fishing report.* The striped bass fishing is absolutely insane-and we thought last season was insane. We needed to upgrade our terminal tackle because these fish were so big. Fishing the deep rips and dropoffs throughout eastern long island has been super producative 3 waying bucktails and swimbaits. Fish up to 50 inches!! Also break out you topwater plugs because the bunker and sand eels have moved in thick. Giant fish on topwater. Super fun.
